Good compression starts with a suitable bag, a clean closure and a stable connection. Use the instructions for the selected bag and pump as your operating reference.

Prepare and close the bag.
Pack suitable items according to the bag instructions and the items’ care requirements. Check the closure for trapped fabric, fibres or folds before sealing it.

Connect and operate.
Prepare the valve as instructed, align the reviewed pump connection and follow the model’s start and stop instructions. Keep the contact stable and the air path unobstructed.

Finish and review.
Stop according to the bag and pump instructions, then finish the valve closure. If compression is slow or the bag loosens, review the seal, valve and connection before assuming a pump fault.

01Which models are available now?
M10, KZ-001 and MRS-001 are current products. M10 current-model cooperation is for the Chinese domestic market; overseas projects can discuss other models or joint development. S10, T10, X20 and D10 are development projects that have not yet entered tooling.
02Does every model inflate as well as extract air?
The vacuum-packing models and the D10 development programme serve different needs. D10 explores vacuum extraction, inflation and an integrated light source; its final functions and performance require engineering and prototype validation. Do not select a model for an unconfirmed application, including high-pressure tyre inflation.
03Will it fit common vacuum-storage bags?
The manufacturer confirms a 27 mm inlet inner diameter on current vacuum-pump products. Common bag valves are typically around 22–23 mm, and the manufacturer estimates coverage of more than 95% of market valves. Ordinary users do not need to submit measurements or photos; help is available for unusual valve structures. Development interfaces are confirmed during engineering.
04Does “approximately 20 seconds” apply to every bag?
No. The M10 references relate to the bag sizes and conditions described above. The MRS-001 manufacturer reference is approximately 20 seconds for a typical travel clothing bag. These are model-specific references; bag size, contents, filling, sealing and valve fit change the result.
05Can I run it continuously for the stated battery runtime?
Battery runtime and the permitted continuous operating period are different. The published runtime is an approximate manufacturer reference. Follow the selected model’s operating instructions for work and rest intervals, and confirm those requirements during sample review.
06Need a hand with operation?
If packing does not go as expected, the bag closure, valve position, pump contact and battery condition are useful places to review against the instructions. You can contact the team with the model and, if convenient, a short operation video for assistance.
07Which charging instructions should I use?
Use the input marking and current instructions for the exact model and configuration being supplied. USB-C identifies the connector; it does not make every model’s electrical configuration identical. Include the model and sample version when requesting operating or charging information.
08What do the product films demonstrate?
The website labels manufacturer operation footage and design-development content according to their purpose. Use operation footage to understand handling and use; use design visuals and CAD to discuss form and development. For procurement evaluation, request a matching sample and agreed test conditions.
